Eui-Nam Huh received the B.S. degree from Busan National University, Busan, South Korea, MS degree in computer science from the University of Texas, USA, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree from Ohio University, Athens, OH, USA, in 2002. He is currently with Kyung Hee University, South Korea, as a Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. His current research interests include Edge computing, Cloud computing, Internet of Things, Distributed real time system, Mobile computing, and Bigdata and security. Dr. Huh has served many community services for ICCSA, WPDRTS/IPDPS, APAN Sensor Network Group, ICUIMC (IMCOM), ICONI, APIC-IST, ICUFN, SoICT as various types of chairs. He is the Vice-Chairman of Cloud/Bigdata Special Technical Group of TTA, and an Editor of ITU-T SG13 Q17&Q18. During last 5 years, he published 40 science citation indexed journals regarding Edge and Cloud computing

Takeshi Takahashi, PhD

Takeshi Takahashi received the Ph.D. degree in telecommunication from Waseda University Japan, in 2005. He was with the Tampere University of Technology as a Researcher from 2002 to 2004, and Roland Berger Ltd., as a Business Consultant, from 2005 to 2009. Since 2009, he has been with the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, where he is currently a Research Manager. His research interests include cybersecurity and machine learning techniques. He is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE). He serves as the IETF MILE Working Group chair and ITU-T Q.6/17 Associate Rapporteur.

Swagatam Das

Swagatam Das received the B. E. Tel. E., M. E. Tel. E (Control Engineering specialization) and Ph. D. degrees, all from Jadavpur University, India, in 2003, 2005, and 2009 respectively. Swagatam Das is currently serving as an associate professor at the Electronics and Communication Sciences Unit of the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India. His research interests include evolutionary computing, pattern recognition, multi-agent systems, and wireless communication. Dr. Das has published more than 300 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He is the founding co-editor-in-chief of Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, an international journal from Elsevier. He has also served as or is serving as the associate editors of the IEEE Trans. on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine, Pattern Recognition (Elsevier), Neurocomputing (Elsevier), Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (Elsevier), and Information Sciences (Elsevier). He is a founding Section Editor of Springer Nature Computer Science journal since 2019. Dr. Das has 16000+ Google Scholar citations and an H-index of 62 till date. He has been associated with the international program committees and organizing committees of several regular international conferences including IEEE CEC, IEEE SSCI, SEAL, GECCO, and SEMCCO. He has acted as guest editors for special issues in journals like IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation and IEEE Transactions on SMC, Part C. He is the recipient of the 2012 Young Engineer Award from the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE). He is also the recipient of the 2015 Thomson Reuters Research Excellence India Citation Award as the highest cited researcher from India in Engineering and Computer Science category between 2010 to 2014.

Dr. M. Sohel Rahman

Dr. M. Sohel Rahman is a Professor of the CSE department of BUET. He had worked as a Visiting Research Fellow of King’s College London, UK during 2008-2011 and again as a Visiting Senior Research Fellow there during 2014-15. He is a Senior Member of both IEEE and ACM; member of American Mathematical Society (AMS) and London Mathematical Society (LMS). He is also a Peer-review Associate College Member of EPSRC, UK.
Dr. Rahman received different scholarships and fellowships including Commonwealth Scholarship, Commonwealth Fellowship, ACU Titular Fellowship, University College London-Big Data Institute visiting grant, London Mathematical Society Visiting Grant etc. He is also a recipient of the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences Gold Medal and UGC Award. He has led research and development projects funded by British Council, UGC-World Bank, ICT Division, Government of Bangladesh and BUET. He has so far published 86 peer-reviewed international journal papers. Among his notable results are the work on high dimensional Knapscak problems, sequence alignment problems, data structures and string combinatorics, sufficient conditions for Hamiltoninicity, Machine Learning based predictors in Bioinformatics, and metaheuristics solutions for hard problems.
He is an Academic Editor of PLOS One, Associate Editor of BMC Research Notes and had edited special issues as guest editors in Theoretical Computer Science, Journal of Graph Algorithms and Applications, Journal of Discrete Algorithms, Fundamenta Informaticae etc. He has also served as Program Committee members in a number of conference series’ of international repute. Dr. Rahman regularly writes reviews at Mathematical Review and ACM Computing Review. He is currently an ACM Distinguished Speaker. Very recently, he has been elected as a Fellow of Bangladesh Academy of Sciences.

Aninda Bose is presently working as a Senior Publishing Editor with Springer Nature. Mr. Bose is part of the Global Acquisition Team at Springer Nature and responsible for acquisition of scientific content across the globe. He is responsible for acquisition of content in Interdisciplinary Applied Sciences. He has more than 24 years of industrial experience in marketing and different fields of publishing. Mr. Bose has completed Masters in Organic Chemistry from Delhi University and Masters in Marketing Research from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. Mr. Bose has delivered more than 100 invited talks on Scientific Writing and Publishing Ethics in reputed Universities, International Conferences and Author Workshops. He has published books for secondary level in Chemistry and is a member of American Chemical Society, USA.
